Friskylink is a link monitoring platform for affiliate marketers and bloggers accessible at friskylink.com and app.friskylink.com. References to "Friskylink," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operators of the Friskylink service.

Friskylink is a link monitoring platform that automatically checks the health of affiliate and web links, detects broken links and redirect issues, sends alerts when problems are found, and provides monitoring history and analytics. The service includes features such as automated link checking, site crawl, page scan, CSV import, data export, team collaboration, and related functionality as described on our website.

Feature availability varies by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. For significant changes we will provide reasonable advance notice.

You agree to use Friskylink only for its intended purpose of monitoring affiliate and web links on websites you own or have explicit authorisation to monitor.

You may not use Friskylink to: Monitor links on websites you do not own or have no authorisation to access; violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; use automated means to access the service beyond its intended functionality; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any part of it without our prior written consent; create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or abuse trial access; use the service in any way that could damage our reputation or the trust of our users.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will provide notice where reasonably possible except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

Plans and billing — Friskylink offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Payment — Paid plans require a valid payment method. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. Details of our payment provider are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Taxes — Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and are your responsibility.

Price changes — We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time with at least 30 days advance notice delivered by email or through a notice in the application. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period except where required by applicable law.

Refunds — Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@friskylink.com with your request. We do not guarantee refunds outside of what is required by applicable law.

Failed payments — If a payment fails we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. If payment cannot be collected your account may be downgraded to the Free plan and paid features will become unavailable until payment is resolved.

We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service but we do not guarantee that Friskylink will be available at all times or free from errors. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances outside our control.

Link check results are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that every link status change will be detected in all circumstances. Some websites use technical measures that may block or limit automated requests which can affect monitoring accuracy. We are not liable for any revenue loss or other damages arising from missed or inaccurate link status detections.

Friskylink and all of its original content, design, code, features, and functionality are owned by Friskylink and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.

The Friskylink name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Friskylink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Friskylink and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

By you — You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@friskylink.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees except where required by law.

By us — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, if your account poses a security or legal risk to us or other users, or if required by law. We will provide advance notice where reasonably possible. In cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users we may suspend access without prior notice.

Effect of termination — Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Data deletion following termination is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally under Section 18 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

These terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Friskylink regarding the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties whether written or oral relating to the subject matter of these terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any provision will only be effective if given in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Friskylink.

Friskylink includes an optional feature that allows users to enter estimated monthly revenue figures for monitored affiliate links. The service uses these user-provided figures to calculate estimated revenue impact during periods of link downtime.

All revenue figures displayed within the service are estimates calculated solely from data provided by you. Friskylink does not have access to your affiliate network earnings, commission data, traffic analytics, or any other external revenue data. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any displayed revenue estimate accurately reflects your actual earnings, losses, or financial impact.

Revenue estimates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial, business, or tax decisions. You are solely responsible for verifying actual revenue impact with your affiliate networks and analytics platforms.

By using the revenue estimation feature you acknowledge that all figures are based on your own inputs, that Friskylink is acting as a calculator and not a financial advisor, and that Friskylink bears no liability for any decisions made based on estimated revenue figures displayed within the service.
